Followone log.

A sterilization load, from the moment its cycle ends to the day an inspector asks for it. Every screen on this page can be found in the app.

The CLAViX dashboard: days covered, failed checks, logs this month and what needs attention.

01Logged

Filed at the autoclave, with the proof attached.

  1. 1Open a sterilization cycle

Pick the record type and the form asks only for what that record needs. Several logs can stay open side by side, as tabs.

  2. 2Photograph the strip

The photo of the indicator strip goes into the entry. Submit stays off until a photo is attached.

  3. 3Machine, program, result

Choose the autoclave and the program it ran. Submit stays off until every required answer is in, and missing fields are mentioned.

A new sterilization log, before a photo is added. A sterilization log with the indicator strip photographed and Autoclave 1 chosen.

02Sealed

Sealed the momentit is filed.

On submit, the entry is sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint over its photo, reading, time, people, machine and clinic. Change any of it later and the fingerprint stops matching.

A fingerprint makes a change detectable. It does not make one impossible.

03Released

Released bya named person.

A load waits until someone the owner has authorised signs it off as fit to use. The release is a sealed record of its own, with a name and a time. The release procedure is secured by a personally set PIN code.

04Labelled

A labelfor every pack.

Generate and print labels for your sterilized packs, one per pack or two with one for the patient file. Each shows the device, the cycle, who sterilized and released it, the date, the sterile until date and a QR code.

05Scanned

Scan the label.See the record.

The QR code on a pack opens its record on any phone, without an account, and says whether the record is still sealed and unaltered.

The public page a label's QR code opens, showing the record's seal is intact.

06On the shelf

The shelfkeeps its own dates.

Each load gets a sterile-until date from the shelf life the clinic sets. Loads close to expiry, and any already past it, stay on the list until someone clears them from the shelf.

07When a test fails

A failureopens its own file.

When a sterilization or a machine test fails, a non-conformity opens on its own. The machine is marked out of service and the loads it touched are held. The corrective action and a decision for each load are recorded, and only a passing retest returns the machine to service.

08The day

A day turns greenwhen all tasks are done.

The calendar is scored against the clinic's plan of checks. A day is green only when every planned check was logged. Open any day to see what was filed, and by whom.

The dashboard's month calendar: green days where every planned check was logged, red days where one was missed. One day's sheet, with every planned check marked done.

09The register

Any time,any year,ready to print.

Export a register per device, as a PDF to print and sign with a CSV beside it, or one PDF per log for a detailed view of entries from a specific timeframe. Everything arrives in one ZIP.

Corrections sit beside the record

A sealed log is never edited. An amendment or a log cancellation is filed next to it, with who made it and why, keeping the chain of actions intact.

Every record the sterilization room keeps

Steam-penetration tests (Helix or Bowie-Dick), vacuum tests, washer cycles with residue tests, seal checks and fridge readings, each with its own fields.

Biological indicators

A BI is read days after its cycle. It stays on the list until its result is recorded.

Staff and permissions

Invite staff, approve join requests, and choose who may release loads or edit the schedule.

Opening schedule

Closed weekdays and one-off closures, so a day the clinic was shut never counts as missed.

Drafts that survive

A draft, photo included, is kept when the connection drops.
