What CLAViX is

A platform for dental and medical clinics that keeps the records of the sterilization room, from the first cycle of the day to the register an inspector reads.

is a platform for dental and medical clinics that keeps the records of the sterilization room, from the first cycle of the day to the register an inspector reads.

Staff file each record on a phone, standing at the machine. The owner follows the day from the dashboard.

What it keeps
Sterilization cycles, steam-penetration and vacuum tests, biological indicators, washer-disinfector cycles, seal checks and fridge readings. Each asks only for the fields it needs, and none can be filed without a photo.
How a record holds up
Each record is sealed with a fingerprint the moment it is filed, so a later change is detectable. A mistake is corrected beside the record, never over it, with who corrected it and why.
What the owner sees
A calendar that turns a day green only when every planned check was done, and one list of what is still open: loads waiting to be released, packs near their sterile-until date, a machine out of service.
What an inspector gets
A register for each machine and year, as a PDF to print with a CSV beside it, or one PDF per log. On a pack, the label's QR code opens its record on any phone.

An inspector asks for the last twelve months.

Paper records fail in the same few ways. Each one has a specific answer in CLAViX.

  • On paper

Filled in from memory at the end of the week.

    In CLAViX

An entry cannot be submitted without a photo, and the time it was sealed is part of the record.

  • On paper

One fridge, three names, in three different hands.

    In CLAViX

Equipment is picked from a register that holds its photograph, so a machine keeps one name all year.

  • On paper

A reading that does not match, and no note about why.

    In CLAViX

When the photo and the typed reading disagree, the log is held until someone writes down what happened.

  • On paper

No way to show a record was not written afterwards.

    In CLAViX

Every sealed log carries a SHA-256 fingerprint, so an edit made later is detectable.

A few taps,
replacing minutes handwritting

Photograph the strip, pick the autoclave and fill in the cycle. When you submit, the log is sealed with who ran it, who filed it, the machine and the time.

  1. Photograph the evidence

The sterilization strip, or the fridge thermometer display. Submission is blocked until a photo is attached, because a log without proof is not a log.

Everything typed, and the photo itself, survives a dropped signal or a tab closed by accident.

  2. Pick a program, fill in the details

Pick the sterilizer and the program it ran, which fills in the temperature and pressure. Add the cycle number, its start and end times and you're done.

Who ran the cycle and who filed the record are stored separately, because the times they differ are the times it matters. Machine tests (steam-penetration, vaccuum or residue tests) follow the same quick steps.

  3. Export when asked

One button produces twelve months of PDFs, each carrying the clinic identifier, the evidence photo, the people involved and its fingerprint.

Pro One ZIP of PDFs, plus a CSV index files an inspector can search.

Change one reading.
Watch the fingerprint stop matching.

Each sealed log carries a SHA-256 hash, generated from using its photo, reading, timestamp, people, machine and clinic. The record beside this is running the real thing, in your browser. Change the temperature and see.

A fingerprint detects change. It does not prevent changes, but it guarantees certanity when it comes to the integrity and unaltered state of the original log's readings.

  • Closed

The calendar follows the clinic's own opening schedule, so a weekend or a dated closure is never counted as a miss.

Two benchtop steam autoclaves on a clinic counter, the nearer one open with its display reading ready.

One machine is one machine, all year.

Handwriting gives a single machine three different names across twelve months and three members of staff. A register gives it one.

Autoclave 2

Sterilisation room

  • Registered once, with a photograph, so it is picked from a list rather than typed.
  • Renaming it records what changed, by whom, and why. A record filed before the rename still shows the old name.
  • Retired equipment leaves the picker. Logs that name it still resolve.

Our plans.

Both keep every record sealed. Hitting the free monthly limit never destroys work: the entry is held as a draft.

Both plans include photo-required entry, the integrity fingerprint and the equipment registry. Downgrading offers a one-time free export of all the records and no staff accounts, devices or logs are deleted.

Register your clinic

Every clinic starts with seven days of Pro, free, the moment it registers. No card needed. When the week ends, the clinic moves to Free unless you subscribe.
